THE VISION
Our goal is to smash sexism, promote the ideals of feminism, and speak out to acheive equality for humans of any, all, or no gender(s). We vow to always honor the many intersections of individual and group identities and hold true to our philosophy that everyone deserves to live their life how they choose, always feeling safe and free.
Who are Sassy Sexism Smashers?
Sassy Sexism Smashers are individuals who are tired of sexism. Not only that, but they're tired of just complaining about it. Sassy Sexism Smashers live to make change and are motivated by results. They are active feminists who are fed up with the patriarchy and the complacent society that allows it to continue.
We have a Facebook group to talk about our ideas and to rant and complain when sexism gets us down. That page is about one year old.
Coming this summer will be an all-new page (no worries, the old page will still exist!) for serious activism. This is where the full dream of the Smasher will be realized. Members of the activism page will, in addition to what the members of the rants page do, help us design events, attend meetings and our annual Smasher Fam reunion, recieve a weekly newsletter, and more.
